I have 10 jobs! ... Seriously...

Hubby and I went to a seminar to learn how to get out of debt and become a millionaire! Are we millionaires? Nopes, but we sure are thinking like one... with all that the Good Lord has blessed us with, we are already millionaires!

For those who are still in love of the idea of becoming and being a millionaire, then the here's the first thing you have to do.... GET OUT OF DEBT!

How?

Well, there are several options that I recommend:

#1: Go to a Dani Johnson conference

Picture
I guarantee you that her seminar will just blow your mind! She taught me how to earn income in so many different ways, save, lose weight, and READ people all in just one day. Don't believe me? Ask the 2,000 other people who went just to hear her talk... and you know what's even more amazing? ... guess you'll have to go to the conference to find out

#2: Stop using your credit cards

Or at least call your credit card company and ask for a decrease in the APR. If they don't want to do anything for you, then apply for a new one with a 0% APR and transfer the balance over (don't apply for the ones that charge a fee fo
transferring or has an annual membership.)

#3: Have a garage sale and put the money towards your debt

Hubby and I do this once every year and raise at least $400 from stuff we thought could just throw away. Shhh!! The kids sometimes look for their toys. With four kids around, they already have enough to play with.

Also try selling gently used clothes that buys clothes back, such as the Buffalo Exchange... (**I'll post where else at a later time on this topic.**)

#4: Sell things you're knowledgeable in or have access to

I used to sell pencils, coupons, and gift bags on Ebay. I sold park tickets at one point, too, and was able to fund a vacation trip for my family to the Philippines... I'll let you guess how much that all cost.

#5: Last but not least (though should be foremost)... Get a JOB !!!

Yeps, a Job. - It doesn't have to be a boring job and neither do you have to settle for something you don't like. Do NOT let money take control of you. You take control of the money... in otherwords, "SHOW Me The Money!"
I said that I have 10 jobs... to me, jobs is not a title, but rather a source of income for all the BIG things that's important to me:

   - Hospital healthcare worker:
My job as a healthcare worker provides for my house and utitilies.

   - Savings
The Savings represents the dollars I will save from interest to go towards my children's education fund.

   - Checking
The Checking account will gain interest as well for the dollars that sit there, but will also help me budget
for bills and miscellaneous things my family needs, like pants, toys, and vacation.

   - Mystery Shopper
Being a Mystery Shopper not only satisifies my joy of shopping, but it helps me put the money back towards gas and taking the kids out for treats and trips to Disneyland.

   - Health Nutritionist
I've always been cautious about my health and when people are sick or need to lose weight, I can offer some nutritional advice through the products I have used personally. My testimony becomes a product of what other people want. It feels good to help other feel good.
   - Couponista
As you can see, coupons is one of my main tabs on this web. It is my biggest supporter financially. Think of coupons as money. And the great thing about it is that it's FREE! Companies from the left to the right of us are just handing out "FREE MONEY" for you to buy their products and I can show you HOW!

  - Seller
If you have a lot of stuff at home and willing to part with it, then SELL it. You don't need a license to have a garage sale or post items on Ebay or Craigslist. You're home is a gold mine. Look for the treasure and sell it to the person with the best offer.
  - Surveyor
Everyone can sell or buy something, but most importantly, we all have opinions with the products and/or services we've used or have chosen not to use. So why not voice your opinion and get paid to do it? Easy huh?

  - Banker
Be a banker... at home. Save some of that money that you earn, whether it be from work, selling, or investing. Take it and put a portion of it in an account and then DO NOT TOUCH! When kids have their birthdays, I put their money straight into their savings accounts. Typically, I would spend $300 on their birthday and their gifts would come back 3 folds. I will give 10% tithes, and then the difference is saved. By doing this, I am fulfilling my commitment as a parent to ensure that my child has a brighter future.

  - Investor
Last but not least, invest in your life. I don't plan on dying anytime soon, but the earlier that you invest in life insurance, retirement, and so forth, the more your investments will rise in value. The longer that a person waits, the harder it will be to get life insurance, because the companies will increase the price if you sign up with a pre-existing condition. Sign up now before you get any signs of a health problem. Sickness does not care how old you are, so take care of yourself.

These are all of my jobs. Sounds like a lot for one person, but then again, we all have our needs and wants in life. Each of the "jobs" I've listed above represents a source of income for things I want to save or do in the future.

I'm not a millionaire, but I am out of debt. If you're in debt or want to start earning income from the comforts of your own home, then start here. I totally agree that you can set your own schedule, work at your own pace, and make however much income you want.
