California Resident Applicants - Effective November 13, 2012 the California Department of Insurance (CDI) online license application
service now requires that you enter your California Identification number (California ID) that was provided to you when you passed your qualifying license examination. The California ID is a 12-digit number that is located on the upper left corner of your passed examination letter. |

*Click on- Licensing & Appointments *Click on- View All License & Appointment Information You should see your Life License Active, Anti Money Laundering Active, Equity Index Universal Life (IUL) - All courses must show Active in order to get paid. For Providers- you should see Western Reserve Life Active, Transamerica, ING Active, Nationwide Active. You may only be paid on the providers that show active (It could take about 1 week after you FAX paperwork to show in the computer) *It is important to know that if your team writes a piece of business with a provider that you are not appointed with, you will not receive a supervisor override. It is your responsibility to Call Agent services and confirm all the documents were received, they will walk you through the process if necessary; If the appointments are not showing, call Agent Services to make sure appointments and a copy of your licensed was received (or) if you have any other questions: Agent Services (770) 246-9889. |
