Let's Travel

Life is an adventure.

If you had read my profile, I shared a bit of who I am and what made me see life in a whole new view. Everything that we do is an adventure and how we spend our time is what's important to us and what creates memories in our hearts. This site is to share who I am, and I hope that the stories and information I share brings just a little bit more into your hopes for your future.

Often times, I find myself wandering into space thinking of what could be, and the "what if" this, or "what if" that. I'd be lying if I said I no longer do that. However, I do see things in a different light. Everything around me is so special. Even the smallest things, like drinking coffee in the early mornings when the sun rises, or going to bed and being able to brush my teeth and then lay my head on a pillow, drifting off to sleep just reflecting on my day.

I'll ask questions to myself such as, "Was I productive today? Did I make anyone sad, happy, mad, relieved... did I show them that their feelings matter to me?" I realized that every minute is time I can't take back - I'm sure you've heard this before, and if not, then let me tell you that time is the one precious gift that we can't get back and must spend wisely.

My husband shared a message one Sunday at our congregation, International Christian Center, and his message reached many hearts to embrace every minute as if it was its last and that it is a gift. He used an acronym:

L.I.F.E.

To Live In Fullness Everyday... when we eat to the fullest, we are stuffed and filled, and enjoyably relaxing - especially when it's during celebrations and holidays and events that are worth being present for. Well, this is LIFE - live it to the fullest. Whether that is with family and friends, or out venturing the world, you don't have to be in just one place to say that you've actually lived life to the fullest. The world is a huge place, and the bedroom, our homes, are just a tiny speck on the map.

So, I'm going to share with you my life adventures. I had a 'Weekend Adventure' tab that just didn't sit right with me, because sometimes I just don't do anything on the weekends and sleep. Or that my adventures are during the week and not the weekend - like the Disney days my husband steals me to escape to in the middle of the week.

Join me on my adventures to "Live In Fullness Everyday." Every minute is worth it - whether it's good or a bad experience, your stories, your experiences, and your thoughts and feelings matters. Let's share our stories and I would love to hear yours and learn about all your life experiences and adventures.
